Traditional HR sees itself as doing the same thing with the same tools or Software year after year with the same technique. The only thing that changes over the period is the employees’ looks.  There are two sides to a coin, just as there are two sides to traditional and modern HRM. Modern HRM has a higher impact because it allows for the automation of most tasks.
